Journal Unavailability:

If we cannot match your specific journal preference, you may withdraw your article without any charges. We aim to meet your journal preferences to the best of our abilities.

Publication Charges: 

If the publication costs exceed your budget, you can withdraw your article without any financial penalties. We strive to support authors within their financial limits.

Direct Submission: 

If you choose to submit your article directly to a journal we recommended, you will not be eligible for a refund and may incur penalties as per our terms and conditions.

Article Acceptance:

Once your article is accepted by the target journal, cancellations or withdrawals are not allowed. The article is then in the final stages of publication, and no refunds will be provided.

Post-Selection Withdrawal:

After your article has been processed and a journal selected, withdrawal requests will not be entertained. Authors must proceed with the publication process.

Incorrect Deposits:

Mistaken or extra deposits will be refunded within 3 weeks if reported within 2 days of the transaction.

Cancellation Due to Misconduct: 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to duplicate publication, plagiarism, author misconduct, or ethical issues

Conference Scheduling:

No refunds will be given once a paper is scheduled for a conference technical session.

Review and Publication: 

If a paper doesn’t reach the review stage or isn’t accepted, it will be published in another journal after confirmation with the author. No refunds are allowed for withdrawn or declined papers.

Post-Publication Issues: 

No refunds will be issued if a published paper is removed due to copyright infringement or other issues. Corrections post-publication will incur additional charges.

Publication Delays:

 No refunds will be given for publication delays as they depend on the publisher’s schedule.
